TL074M: Possible damage of device

Hello All,

I have a customer that is concerned of possible product damage to some of the TL074MJB devices when received.

Base on the photos should the customer be concerned with the operation of the devices in question.

Please advise.

Note: none of the devices have been used.

Hi Daniel,

Offset between the lid and base is not considered damage or defect if the part still meets the published dimensions in package outline drawing. If this had occurred post assembly the lid would have separated from the base. The controlling inspection specification is MIL-STD-883 Method 2009.
