When I try to access the 2-Factor Authentication for QCI, I get his message, after inserting my user name and password into their respective fields. I am prompted for a passcode. Can I get a passcode? Can I possibly get a phone number to discuss this issue? We may be able to resolve this quicker through a short conversation. Please advise.
