I am having trouble finding out what the Output state would be if the channel was Enabled, but nothing was applied to the input.
Think of it like this:
- The device is powered up and outputs are enabled (i.e. pin 19 is LOW) .
- The device outputting signals to the SN74LV244A inputs isn't fully powered, so there is no signal applied to inputs (i.e. pin 11, 13, 15 are Hi-Z or something, not driven)
- In this case, what state will the outputs (i.e. pin 9, 7, 5) be?
