May I ask for help? My customer have a concern as stated below:

"For SN74AHC1G09DCKR can you please provide theta JB or JC to bottom of case and maximum operational junction temperature. Datasheet only provides Tambient and theta JA. Thanks"

These are the updated thermal values for the SN74AHC1G09 in the DCK package (all in °C/W):

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	277.5
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	92.7
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	64.2
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	1.9
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	63.5

Please note that the Theta-JA is different from what is shown in the datasheet because we have switched to using a newer and better thermal modelling system compared to when this datasheet was originally written.

Also, we do not offer Theta JC, bot for this type of package.
