What is the Maximum Junction Temperature (T_J) and the Junction-to-Case Thermal Resistance (θ_JC) for 5962-8762402VDA? I'm not seeing these values listed in the data sheet.

I will submit a thermal request in. These usually have a turn around time of 2 weeks. I will respond to this thread when I get the information.

Thank you,This information is needed by the end of this week at the latest. My hope is it's an easy question to answer. Most data sheets already include Tj & Theta-JC - this one just appears to be missing it. If your team can cut that 2 week turn around time down that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi William,

Junction temperature can actually be found by referring to this FAQ: What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?.

For your device it will be 150C. However, θjc will still need to be found through the thermal request. I have sent in a priority request and I will update you whenever this information comes in.
