and I just wonder why PIN OXIDATIVE BLACKENING showned on pic of SN74HC08N SN74HC14N,that is why our customer is asking whether we buy real TI.
These are real chips. DIP packages from TI have been using roughened leadframes for several years.
Yes, this is normal.
There is no oxidation; the pins look darker because the surface is not smooth and reflects less light (see this application note).
