SN74LVC2T45-EP: Why ΔICC is more than ICCA + ICCB

Part Number: SN74LVC2T45-EP

Hi,

Can you clarify why ΔICC is more than ICCA + ICCB? what is the difference in test conditions for their measurements?

My circuit configuration is as below,

VCCA=5V

VCCB=3.3V

DIR=0V

B1=3.3V (or 0V)

B2=3.3V (or 0V)

A1 and A2 are connected to other IC input, hence high impedance.

Please tell me what should be the ICCA and ICCB in this case?

Thanks.
