For the other temperature values, please allow me 2 weeks time to get back to you. I will have to submit a request for those tests.

Hi, I need the maximum operating junction temperature, I understand that the max absolute 150degc could be storage temperature? Is the max operating junction temp +125degC or +150degC?

Hi Nen,

Thank you for the part number. Tstg(max) will be 150 C which means Tj(max) is also 150 C.

I will close this thread for now and reply back in 2 weeks with the thermal results.
