Hi team,

My customer need assistance.

Question is.
How to download firmware from the part number TIBPAL 16R8-20MFKB C?
We have UNISITE-68 MODEL data I/O programmer equipment.
Can you please help me the needings about how to do that?

Customer is from military and not allowed to share email or name in forum.
Customer did not get support through the mentioned channels in datasheet like distributors.

    As for supporting programmers -- we don't do that. The customer will have to go to the programmer manufacturer to get help with it. We don't manufacture, program, produce, or otherwise interact with those programmers.

    But I really don't understand
    The issue is not my name or mail adress as engineer mentioned.
    Question is that can I download firmware from your device ? Answer is yes or no. And I ask this to manufacturer. Really upset the situation. But anyway at least you dealed with me.

    Ah, I see the confusion now. My apologies for misunderstanding the original question.

    No, firmware cannot be downloaded from this device. This device doesn't have firmware - it contains fuses that are melted to create a certain functionality. A programmer is used to apply the appropriate voltages for the appropriate amount of time to cause the fuses to fail as intended.
