SN54HC132-SP: To know Vth(+) value for 5V Vcc

Dear Sir/Madam,

       We are using SN54HC132-SP  2-Input NAND Gates Schmitt-Trigger IC for power on reset purpose in Our circuit.

I want to know the ViH value for 5V VCC for the IC. I have not found ViH value for 5V vcc Operation.

 Could you help me to know the value ?
