Hi TI Team,

I have one doubt regarding SN74LVC1G32QDCKRQ1 OR Gate IC.

If i am connecting this IC VCC Pin 5V and  and IC out put side pin we connected 1K resistor through 6.5V for other ckt.

after turning on the power supply we got at VCC pin 6.024V. 

can you explain this why we got this 6.024V at VCC and also can you provide internal output pin drive topology open collector (drain) or push pull configuration?

  • An output voltage higher than VCC exceeds the recommended operation conditions, and will leak into VCC. This device does not have an open-drain output.

    There are no open-drain OR gates. Add an open-drain buffer (e.g., SN74LVC1G07) at the output.
