We currently do not have this data on file, I can submit a request for the thermals which takes about two weeks. Can you please confirm what package you are using?

The maximum junction temperature is 150 °C; see [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?
The SSOP package is not designed for cooling through the board or a heat sink. If the θJA actually is too large for you, then you should use a package with thermal pad, i.e., QFN. The largest QFN buffer has eight channels, so you'd need two (e.g., 2× SN74LVCH244A).

As Clemens stated the maximum junction temperature is 150 °C. I will submit a request for the θJB and θJC values which should take about two weeks. I will post the results here.
