Hi,
I am using a LED Driver ADP8140ACPZ-2-R7 to control the brightness of the Backlight LED Module which is having the following specifications.
DAY MODE = 28.5V+/- 0.5V @ 50-60mA
Nightmode = 26.5+/- 0.5V @ 5mA
Backlight Driver Settings:
Mode = PWM
Current setting = 60mA max
Weeks back it was working fine and i was able to control brightness by varying Duty cycle of 1% to 99.9%.
Now, I am facing an issue with brightness control of LED Module.
Vreg = 3V
EN = High
@ 100% DC and 28.7V, 60mA drawn by Driver and Brightness is present(Not very high).
@ 1% DC,28.7V, 59mA drawn by Driver and Brightness is present( no change).
1. Even though PWM is changing from 99.9% to 1%, Why is current drawn by driver not changing?
2. Do i need to change any settings?
