In my project using a level shift chip(MPN: TXB0104). Occure a issue on the lab test. The rise/fall edge nonmonotonic when input the squre wave.

The schematic is incomplete.
Anyway, the TXB has very weak output drivers and does not work with a capacitive load, i.e., with long traces, connectors, or cables.
If the signals are not actually bidirectional, use a buffer translator from the TXU series.
