SN74LVC1T45: Floating input with DIR pin tied to ground

Hi,

In setup where DIR pin is tied to ground and data is going from B to A, input B can sometime left floating (device is powered up, both VCCA and VCCB side). Of course, during floating input B, data at output A is not used. Can device be damaged during this floating input state?
