Hi,
I want to know the Vih of IC "SN74LVC1G17MDBVREP" and also the procedure to calculate it when it is not provided in the datasheet.
"SN74LVC1G17MDBVREP" is driven by an AND gate (SN74AHC1G08DCK3).
Here both the ICs have supply voltage (VCC) of 3.3V.

Hi Mahima,
VIH refers to the level you input needs to be at for it to be considered "Logic high". For this device you can see VT+ in the electrical characteristics table, and as long as your input level is above that value it will be in the "logic high" state.
To get that value for VCC not listed in the datasheet please see this FAQ [FAQ] What method is best used for estimating specification values between those given in the datasheet?
