1. The typical value is near zero.
2. These values are valid only for the specified test conditions, i.e., if the input voltage is exactly at 3.3 V or at 2.7 V.
The additional input supply current has a curve similar to that in your earlier question. Voltages near VCCI are no problem, and logic signal usually are near VCC.
