LSF0102: Parameter check

Part Number: LSF0102

Hi,

I would like to check some parameters in the datasheet.

In section 6.8, may I know the definition for below parameters?

1. What are the definition of tPLH and tPHL? Suppose it is rising and falling time, right?

2. Here Vgate is equal to Vref_B, is it correct?

3. The VIH in the condition is input high level, what is the real VIH, high level threshold?

Thanks and Best regards,

Tiger

  • 1. It is the propagation delay; the time between the input and output voltages crossing VM (see figure 7-1). (Please note that the LSF is a passive switch; the rise/fall time depends on the drive strength of the device driving its input.)

    2. The EN pin is connected to the gates. Apparently, in this test, the 200 kΩ circuit is not used.

    3. The LSF is a passive switch. For input voltages below Vref_A, it behaves like an analog switch. For input voltages above Vref_A, the switch is open, and the output voltage is determined by the pull-up resistor.
