For our customer design, we need the land pattern (or footprint) of the product part number SN74ALVC164245DGG. Can you share the relevant document? Unfortunately, the information contained in the datasheet is not enough for customer. They need the maximum size.

What info is customer looking for that isn't there in the datasheet? Can you please clarify what they mean by maximum size?

A pdf file isn't available at the moment. Best way to view the detailed footprint/land pattern is through Ultralibrarian and you can choose software of choice as described here:
