Hi,
The SN54HC109-SP dual J-K flip flop does not specify a maximum clock frequency for this device when it's supply voltage is 3.3 volts. The data sheet has maximum clock frequencies for 2.0 volts and 4.5 volts.
What is the maximum guaranteed clock frequency (my load is about 10 pF, although if you have data for 50 pF or 15 pF load that would be appreciated).
