The SLVA720A had no pulse width characteristics below 10°C ambient temperature.

The SN74LVC1G123 has the full temperature characteristics in the datasheet, however in the application report Designing With the SN74LVC1G123 Monostable Multivibrator it clearly states why the data does not go near freezing (0°C):

Frost would form on the board near freezing temperatures because of the test environment, so only data above 10°C was used.

It is important to also note that the external timing components were not exposed to the same temperature in this test to eliminate variations due to their temperature dependency. This was also stated in the application report:

The external resistor and capacitor were not exposed to the same temperature in order to test only the change due to the semiconductor device.
