Hi Team,
What is the difference between the below 3 parts? This is off concern, since SN74HC595DRG4 is now going EoL.
SN74HC595DR
SN74HC595DRG3
SN74HC595DRG4
Thanks,
Vijay
The lead finish; see [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?
Thanks also saw that post - no indication of G3 on this post, how is it different than G4?
Thanks Clemens - if possible I would make more clear in the FAQ that the numbers apply to both "E" and "G". I've looked at the post multiple times when working with other device and only when you pointed out here did I realize that "Sn" lead finish was not specic to "E3", but rather any "x3" ending including "G3".
