The maximum level of VOL is higher than VIL, which is not quite common, and the requirement of VIL less than 0.15V is a bit exaggerated, most MCU output levels cannot promise to do this, Is there anything wrong here?
The VIH here is also higher than VOH, which is not quite common sense.

This is due to the architecture of the device- since the input and output are directly connected, the input has a direct dependency on the output. See this FAQ for more information:
