We use SN74HC373 for our product.( control mcu-MSP430F5327)
This time, we purchased 6000EA(SN74HC373) from TI APP store for mass-produced them, but there was a problem.
So we submitted them to the Customer support center as follows.
"Texas Instruments created a case number through the customer support center, either because you submitted a support request or because we need information from you. The case number is CS1999908."
I don't know the cause.
If you need any more data for the cause analysis, pl reply.
