Q1:
My customer uses SN74LVC125A.
Datasheet says input transition rise or fall rate is less than 8ns/V as follows.
Is this spec applies to not only 1A to 4A but also 1OE_ to 4OE_?
Q2:
My customer connects all 1A, 2A, 3A and 4A to GND. And by controlling 1OE_, 2OE_, 3OE and 4OE_ signals, he uses 1Y, 2Y , 3Y and 4Y as enable signals for other circuits respectively. If xOE_ rise/fall rate is more than 8ns/V, what could go wrong?
