Hi Team,

Good Day,

We are planning to use LSF0204-Q1 in Our design.

We have requirement of level shifting MDC,MDIO signals from 2.5V to 3.3V.

We want to know the propagation delay while translation.

In the datasheet we can able to see the propagation delay values for 1.2V to 1.8V conversion and 1.8V to 3.3V conversion.

Can you help me to calculate propagation delay for 2.5V to 3.3V.

These test conditions do not correspond to the recommended circuit (EN is not properly biased).

Anyway, this device is a passive switch, so it will always be a few nanoseconds. But note that this device has open-drain outputs, so the speed of the rising edges depends mainly on the load capacitance and the pull-up resistor values.

Harish,

These timing values were not captured during collection of data for this device. Clemens' is correct here- the timing parameters are based solely the external RC components surrounding the the device as they effect the rise times the most. Please see this Logic Minute Video for more information.

[FAQ] What method is best used for estimating specification values between those given in the datasheet?
