SN74LVC2G17: Button circuit without schmitt trigger device

Really sorry for mistake, the part number of this thread should be sn74lvc2g74.

Hi experts,

My customer is using SN74LVC2G74 as button circuit. The button goes through a RC circuit to CLK.  A schmitt trigger is not used so the output oscillated. Do we have schmitt trigger input D flip-flop devices and pin to pin to SN74LVC2G74? Or is there any solution customer doesn't need to add new IC into their circuit?

Thanks, I will promote SN74HCS74 to customer. Btw, I have a small question about "SN74LVC2G74" which is a single D flip-flop but "2G" means dual gates. Could you tell me why? Thanks!

And what's the difference between SN74LVC2G74 and SN74LVC1G74?

Thanks for reply. Below is a screenshot from "Interpreting TI logic part number", so between these 2 devices, "2G" and "1G" don't mean dual gate and single gate?
