Hi Logic team,

In the datasheet only specifies the input leakage current when Vinput = Vcci. Do you have the test conditions where Vinput is higher than Vcci ?

Hi Kelvin,

Please note that the same specification is applicable as the voltage range covers up to the max recommendation for 5.5V.

However, I have also reached out to the design team to clarify if any data that may be different and will update if the case, thanks.

Do you have the leakage data with the the condition Vi > Vcci ?
