CD4069UB: As per datasheet it shows lead finish for MPN CD4069UBPWR "NiPdAu | Sn". Can you please confirm whether that the parts CD4069UBPWR is having the SN plating or NiPdAu plating?

Hi Team, 

As per datasheet it shows lead finish for MPN CD4069UBPWR "NiPdAu | Sn". I also tried to find it by using path "TI.com > Quality & Reliability > Material Content Search" but not getting proper information attached Link and Screen shot for the reference.
