I'm a little puzzled as to if SREF has be be connected to 0V to disabled the chip ?

It seems clear that DREF and GREF are to be connected to 0V.

So can anyone confirm what SREF is supposed to be , can I leave it connected to 3.3V ?

To disable all channels, pull GREF down. The voltage at SREF does not matter for this. (In the standard circuit, GREF is connected to DREF, but if not, the voltage at DREF does not matter either.)
