Tool/software:
There is a statement in the datasheet:If the inputs are not driven to either a high VCC state, or a low-GND state, an undesirable larger than expected ICC current may result。
I want to know which pin will result this large current? VCC pin or output pin?How many mA is this current?
ICC is the current that flows into VCC and out of GND. Neither the input nor the output current increases.
ΔICC is not specified for this device, but could be several mA per input pin. See [FAQ] How does a slow or floating input affect a CMOS device?
