Can the IBIS model of TXS0102 can be used instead of TXS0104 for Signal integrity simulations..

Is it same based on Characteristics??..

Please do confirm ASAP.

Yes, they have the same characteristics. (They are minor differences due to the different packages.)

Can the IBIS model of TXS0102 be used because there is no model available for TXS0104.

Yes, the IBIS model of TXS0102 can be used in place of TXS0104. As Clemens pointed out, the signal integrity characteristics will be identical.
