Hi team,

If Vcc=5.5V, VIH=3.85V ,VIL=1.65. If Vcc=5V, Input signal ranging from 1.65V~3.85V, what would Vout status be like?

For input voltages between V_IL and V_IH, the output state is not guaranteed. It might be low, or high, or oscillating. You will also get higher power consumptions, and oscillations might degrade or damage the device; see [FAQ] How does a slow or floating input affect a CMOS device?
