SN74AHCT126-Q1: Pulse during power up

Part Number: SN74AHCT126-Q1

Tool/software:

Hello Expert,

Question 1: There will be a 120 mA pulse width 1US current at power up. Then there are 10 times in 1S that 35mA & pulse width 1US in normal operation. What is the impact on the lifetime of the product?

Question 2: The maximum pulse current seen at power up is 120 mA, if unsafe. How long do we need to control the pulse

Question 3: the VOH and VOL voltages in the chip are tested using 50 mA, which is greater than the 25 mA specified in the manual. Does it mean a short time over 25 mA is OK? And what manual requires 25 mA maximum at DC, but you test VOH at 50 mA.

Best regards,

Wenting
