SN74HC595: Is it normal for the chip without logo?

Part Number: SN74HC595

Tool/software:

I am using SN74HC595DRG4 for design, but the chip does not work properly. I checked the silkscreen and found that it does not have TI logo. I am not sure if the chip without logo is also official. can you provide some information? thanks.

The logo is the two letters "TI". The marking looks correct.

What is the actual problem? Please show the schematic, and an oscilloscope trace of the relevant signals.

I agree with Clemens. It will be very very hard to assist with debug here without schematic and scope shots of inputs, and the incorrect outputs.

What code are you referring to? The "HC595" is what the datasheet specifies.

We won't give out specifics about part markings on our public forums to avoid providing too much information for counterfeits. Are you operating through a TI approved vendor? What is the problem you are observing with these parts?
