Use the values specified for 3 V and 4.5 V; those are the worst case of 3.3 V ± 0.3 V or 5 V ± 0.5 V supplies.

Interpolation is not clear in excel. What are the limits for 3.3V and 5V VDD?

min and max, m levels in equation.

The min and max levels would be the known datasheet values. For 3.3 V VOH Xmin is 3V X max is 4.5V Ymin is 2.3 and Y max is 3.8
