We want to use SN74AVC4T245-Q1 to the satellite project.

Are there any restrictions on using it on satellites?

We are understanding that is not protected against outgassing and radiation.

We would like to confirm whether there are any using restrictions by TI regarding the use of automotive grade products in space applications.

TI does not forbid you from trying to do this. But when you exceed the recommended operating conditions, then correct operation is no longer guaranteed.
