Tool/software:
Hi team,
I think the maximum VIL of 0.15V is too low, is there an intention behind this?
Even devices with normal CMOS output usually have a maximum value of 0.4V.
Best Regards,
Ryu.

Hi Yamashita-san,
TXS is a switch based translator, the output low voltage is directly impacted by the input low voltage. The VIL requirement is there only to ensure output VOL is no greater than 0.4V. The FAQ Clemens' attached explains this further.
