They found VCCA and VCCB is short to GND. Could you help on schematic review? Can idle input output pin short to GND directly?

Unused outputs should be left open, but this is not a problem here.

Such damage is likely to be caused by overvoltage.

Hello Sienna,

Any unused I/Os can be left floating since the TXU has integrated pull-downs. As for why VCCA and VCCB is shorting to GND can be due to parameters exceeding the absolute max limits on the datasheet.
