Hi,

EVM demo is well works, but the IO5 doesn't output H at the following circuit:

Both IO6 and IO7 are good. I can't understand why only IO5 can't go H. Seems Z.

Using demo circuit, IO5 can out H/L normally. So I think EVM and the connection are good. Please help.

Dear Ian,

When DEMO is running, works well.

Run DEMO. IO5=LED5 is ON

Attached syscfg ( in zip)

Failed. IO6 and IO7 are ON, IO5 is OFF

Hi, thanks for your patience. We've determined that this is a bug with ICS that we will fix ASAP. In the mean time, if you add an oscillator to the design and without connecting it to anything, the device works as expected. It also works if you permanently program the device.

I could see EVM's IO5 turned on well with a dummy oscillator. And also understand burned device will be good. Thank you!
