CD74AC00M Revision: "SCHS303C JANUARY 2001 REVISED JUNE 2002 Package Addendum 10-JUN-2014" .
CD74AC00M96 Revision: "SCHS303D JANUARY 2001 REVISED JUNE 2024 Package Addendum 30-JUL-2024".
Can you please provide the junction temperature for the Plastic Packages of both the parts.
