Tool/software:
Looking through the data sheet, typical value are not populated for positive and negative going threshold voltages. I also see some overlap between min and max values at Vcc=3V.
I need to get a better idea of the typical values for these parameters with Vcc=3.3V?
Thanks,
Josh
Hi Josh,
Please refer to the second page right around Fig 1. in this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/scea046a. The overlap is expected and normal behavior for Schmitt-trigger devices.
For 3.3V specs please refer to this FAQ: https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic-group/logic/f/logic-forum/793508/faq-what-method-is-best-used-for-estimating-specification-values-between-those-given-in-the-datasheet
