Hello,

Is it possible to power a door of the SN74LVC1G17 type at 1V8 and is its input compatible with 3V3?

In the datasheet it is noted:

• Wide operating voltage range.
• Operates From 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
• Allows Down voltage translation.
• Inputs accept voltages to 5.5 V

I must draw the conclusion that the circuit can only receive 5V as input if 5V is applied to it.

Iik= -50mA No clamping diode at positive voltage.

LVC inputs do not have a diode to V_CC and are overvoltage tolerant; you do not need the resistor divider.

There is no circuit identical to 74LVC16245 in a single door with 3V3 input voltage with 1.8VCC ?

What is the maximum current that can be output if the circuit is supplied with 1V8?

Hi Yvan,

The maximum recommended current that can be output with a 1.8 V supply is 4.9 mA. To calculate this value, I followed this FAQ: https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic-group/logic/f/logic-forum/793508/faq-what-method-is-best-used-for-estimating-specification-values-between-those-given-in-the-datasheet

I used the IOH and IOL values in the recommended operating conditions table on page 5 of the datasheet.
