TXV0106: VccA = 1.5V and VccB = 1.8V

Hi,

Is there have VccA = 1.5V and VccB = 1.8V Tpd data?

I only found 1.2V and 1.8V tpd data.

And TXV0106 is suitable for RGMII 1G applications?

1) No Tpd data from 1.5V to 1.8V.

2) Yes, TXV0106 is suitable for RGMII

Hello Jeff,

The characterization done for 1G RGMII was done from 1.65V to 3.6V. TXV0106 will work fine at 1.5V to 1.8V but we cannot guarantee 1G RGMII timing.

Hi Josh,

Datasheet mentioned TXV0106 is a dedicated voltage translator for RGMII to PHY applications.

Would you please verify whether the TXV0106 can be used for 1.5V to 1.8V translation in RGMII 1G applications?

Our there have some limitation for 1.5V to 1.8V in RGMII 1G applications?

Hello Jeff,

The TXV0106 was originally released to support RGMII timing requirements from 1.8V - 3.6V. We added 1.2V support after the part was fully released. We validated only the 1.2V condition with no RGMII characterization. It could meet RGMII timing conditions from 1.5V - 1.8V but we cannot guarantee it.
