Hi Team,
One of my customer is using SN74LVC1G17, they have observed variation on power consumption based on the level of input voltage.
They have noticed that the supply current (Icc) varies based on input A.
Please refer to the measurement data and the connection diagram below.
Would you kindly look into this and let us know why this behavior occurred? We believe this is happened as input stage is operating in active state when input voltage is low & hence device consumes higer current & as input voltage goes higher & higher input stage moves towards saturation & hence current consumption goes down. Is our understanding correct or do you have any other inputs for observation?
