LSF0204: Urgent recommendation needed for a Pin compatible part with no external Pullups

Could you please recommend a bi-directional Level Translator similar to LSF0204 but which will not require external Pull ups.
It needs to be pin compatible with LSF0204RUT package.
We have one processor operating at 1.2V and other processor at 1.8V.
We are using 4 LTs in our system and there are multiple signal types including open drain drivers/receivers and push pull drivers/receivers.

TXS0104E has internal pull-ups and edge accelerators.

I think TXS0104E part will not work.

Need to translate between 1.2V and 1.8V logic

But from the datasheet "The A port is able to accept I/O voltages ranging from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, while the B port can accept I/O voltages from 2.3 V to 5.5 V"

Also, can it be that the two VREFs be higher than 1.2 and 1.8V - I have 3.3V and 1.8V available on the board currently and would have to add another LDO for the VREFs.
