I would like to have some help with the Failure Mode Distribution for the following part number SN74LVC1G17QDBVRQ1, this is usually included in the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, but I cannot locate it in the technical documentation.

Additionally, I would also like to have some help with the Gate scale per SN 92500-2 for the same part SN74LVC1G17QDBVRQ1, this could be highlight the SN29500-5 table 5.
