For the Input transition rise or fall rate parameter of SN74LVT16244B, there are a few questions;
1. Dose this input rise/fall rate include the 1OE-4OE enable pins？
2. If the max rate requirement include the OE pin, what would happen with this device OE's rise/fall rate is higher than 10ns/V? (around 33.7-50ns/V)
