Hello,

My customer is concerned that the internal pull-up resistor of the TXS0104E will cause leakage current when the standby signal is low.

Is there any way to prevent leakage current from occurring?

Please also recommend LEVEL SHIFT which has low leakage current regardless of signal.

When OE (or one supply) is low, the pull-resistors are disconnected; see [FAQ] If the OE pin is asserted to maintain Hi-Z at the IO, will it disconnect the internal pull-up resistors in TXS devices?

Hi JH,

Driving the OE low will disable the internal pullups similar to what Clemens' suggested. If this is not feasible there is also the LSF0204 that can be used, and the external pullups can be made weaker >10kohms to reduce current leakage further. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or more details regarding your application for device recommendation.
