Comb generator design

Actually i designed a comb generator with the help of D-flip flop having a propagation delay about 16ns. For the present design (with 16ns) i got pulse output with constant amplitude of 5V upto 80MHz. I need to extend the frequency range  upto 1GHz as well as amplitude.  So i need a flip flop that having propagation delay less than that what i`m using now (eg. 3ns,2ns or 1ns). And also i would like to increase the pulse amplitude of atleast 25V. For this i have an idea of keeping a high speed switching transistor that response to the output of D-flip flop (3ns-1ns). On the whole i need two things,

            1. a D-flip flop having propagation delay between 3ns to 1ns.

            2. a high speed switching transistor which have to drive a high voltage(atleast 25V) in response to a pulse produced by above mentioned D-flip flop.

I think you have some difficulty to understand.....Please help me.......
